Wow, what a summer! It took awhile to get rolling, but the August heat was welcome after a cool and wet start to the season.

The heat of summer has finally arrived, and no doubt we are all loving the sensation of heat in our bones after a long and damp spring! I would encourage everyone to enjoy our amazing town that we are so lucky to call home.

It is hard to believe that is has been two years since Elements rose from the ashes of the mandated pandemic closure. Our team has worked exceptionally hard to make Elements recover and thrive, and we are proud to be still standing tall in the face of these incredible challenges.

The cool and damp spring is inevitably going to end soon, and summer will officially arrive later this month. It’s time to ramp up your sun protection regime!

The most precious gift any mom can receive is time with her family and being thought about– so if you’re fortunate enough to have your mother with you, remind her how much she means to you.

As the old saying goes, April showers bring May flowers. With all the turmoil we’ve experienced in the recent months and years, we may have seen more than our share of rough weather. With the greatest sense of faith, love and optimism, we look forward to better times ahead for all!

The arrival of March heralds the arrival of spring – when mother nature rolls up her sleeves and devotes her energy to an annual process of renewal and growth. I find the longer days, and the explosion of greenery and flowers incredibly inspiring.

Celebrating LOVE: In February, we celebrate loving relationships with family, romantic partners, and friends. This year, it seems especially important to mindfully focus on love and kindness with all the turmoil and anger that surrounds us.

As we celebrate our first Christmas with our beautiful grandsons, Jack and Hayes, we are truly thankful for the blessings we have received. In whatever form you and your family celebrate the season, Owen and I wish you a Merry Christmas, Happy Hanukkah, or simply an abundance of peace and love.
