Elements is the place where I go to feel “looked after”. Whether it’s for a Spa service or buying product, the staff are, above and beyond, caring and kind. I highly recommend Elements for your self care and self esteem. You will not be disappointed!

I use a couple of the Éminence products on a regular basis. Sometimes the product I use is not available and your staff are always so willing to place an order for me. It always comes in promptly. I am grateful to be able to purchase Éminence products in Nanaimo because I used to have to drive out to Parksville.

This is my favourite spa in Nanaimo. The staff are all so friendly and accommodating and the atmosphere is very calming. I am obsessed with the products they sell. I need to come in and get more face cleanser. See you all soon.

Loved it!! Tina did an amazing job on my pedicure and provided such a relaxing and welcoming environment. My fiancé said he had a great massage with Mila. Will definitely have to go back for another pedi from Tina and try out this establishment’s other services
