I recently graduated from West Coast College of Massage Therapy (Victoria), where I developed my skills and passion for holistic human body wellness.
I enjoy offering personalized care and attention to my clients. Creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere is important, and helps me to integrate a tailored approach to massage that meets the unique needs and preferences of each individual.
My massage style is one of balance and flow. I use General Swedish massage techniques, Myofascial Release, and both active and passive movements to melt away tension and create a sense of well-being.
When I’m not massaging, I love eating good food, moving my body, soaking up the sun, and caring for my garden. You’ll find me at my happiest and most carefree when on a road trip with my husband, filled with hiking and exploring local restaurants and breweries.
