Unfortunately, like many public-facing small businesses during the pandemic, the team at Nanaimo Elements has been subject to unacceptable abusive behaviour. We continue to prioritize the health and safety of our staff and clients with zero tolerance for this behaviour. Thankfully, our wonderfully kind and compassionate clients are a sharp contrast to the few negative experiences we have had to deal with at the spa. This space is a refuge for our staff and clients.
As a reminder:
- To protect the health and safety of our clients and staff, please do not enter the spa if you are unwell.
- Wearing of a mask is mandatory. If you have a bona fide medical exemption to wearing a mask, please call ahead and we will make every effort to accommodate you. Remember, we do provide contact-free curbside pickups!
- To ensure appropriate social distancing measures can be observed, our entrance may be locked during normal business hours. Please knock or call us at 250-585-8768 and we will be with you as soon as possible.
