Roberta was first licensed and certified as an aesthetician in 1981 and has been providing services to her clients in Nanaimo ever since. She has successfully owned and operated her own business for most of those years, taking a hiatus for a few years in the early 1990s to have a family.
Roberta is a fixture in the local industry and while she is no longer able to take on new clients herself, she has developed a team of capable, fully trained and certified practitioners to ensure her standards are always met. She invests heavily in staff training and is always striving to ensure Elements is providing the very best customer experience.
