Although I’ve been working at the spa for about 3 years, my journey at Elements began at the age of 12.
That year I asked my mom to give me a facial for my birthday. After my first appointment I was hooked and would ask for Elements gift cards every Christmas and birthday.
(Yeah, you could say I was never confused about the definition of self care growing up.)
The stars aligned 3 years ago when the previous owners of Elements were in search of a part-time receptionist. Once I graduated high school, I took over as the full-time receptionist. I completed my Fashion Marketing diploma from Blanche Macdonald in Vancouver in 2023 – which combined two of my favourite things, fashion and business – and as of February 2024 I am back at the desk full time.
I believe that self care is one of the most crucial parts in living your best life and feel very grateful to work in a place that is inclusive and works at helping people feel their best.
